何謂創新科技？何謂智慧城市？在2017年8月，澳門特區政府與阿里巴巴(中國)有限公司簽署了《構建智慧城市戰略合作框架協定》。在特區政府發布的《五年發展規劃》，以及近兩年的政府《施政報告》中，對智慧城市建設都有非常清晰和明確的目標。智慧城市的建設是資訊科技、城市規劃等領域的重要課題。利用科技及創新理念，整合有效資源以改善市民生活素質。
現時，智慧城市及創新科技幾乎是每個創業年輕人朝著的目標，若從收集數據開始做分析，利用智慧實驗場口號拉國內外投/融資落地，這會否是一個打破賭場獨大的可持續性發展？澳門除有旅遊城市之稱外，創新科技智慧城市可會是下一個美譽？
雖然人工智能的技術突然猛進，但是陳振傑認為腦神經功能自動化在未來10年仍然是困難。
