要數今年最令人失望的續集電影，肯定是《未來戰士：黑暗命運》（Terminator:
Dark Fate）。
雖則此系列已拍了六集，橋段玩到爛，但這次的監製是占士金馬倫呀！
怎能失手至此？劇情與其說是續作，倒不如說是第二集的重拍版；一個最強機械人負責追殺，不那麼強的機械人負責保護，動作場面是好的，劇情就真的不收貨，倒不如從看一次第二集，那才是真正的經典。
而且與時間旅行有關的電影，總是很難自圓其說，不久前上映的《復仇者聯盟4》也有相同問題，其中滅霸在影片開始已死，但某一時間點的滅霸又帶著整個軍團，穿過時光隧道回來與復仇者硬撼，那麼，為何復仇者們又不用相同方法把已犧牲的Ironman帶回現代？ 總之，時間旅行，以及回到過去以改變命運的電影，永遠令人一個頭兩個大，要拍得合情合理還真是不容易。
