《他人即地獄》是2019年推出的恐怖韓劇，故事由網絡漫畫《驚悚考試院》改編，講述由鄉下到城市打工的青年鍾宇，因家境清貧，只能住進首爾的考試院。
所謂考試院，原本是指專為到城裡升讀大學的考生而設、居住環境惡劣的分租大廈，但實際上租住的大部份不是考生，反而是社會上最底層的被遺棄者。劇中主角入住之後，發覺大廈內每個住客皆古裡古怪，貌似心理與智力皆有問題，與其說考試院，其實更像重度精神病院，主角在此異常環境下，精神也逐漸走向崩潰。
全劇只有十集，但每集氣氛都恐怖而壓抑，那些充斥全劇的割喉嚨、拔牙、以及其他殘忍虐待，對現代觀眾而言都只是小兒科，更恐怖的，是主角老闆經常強調自己如何關照下屬，實則只想染指主角的女朋友，那種人性的虛偽，以及赤裸裸的職場霸凌，才更加令人不安，但論到全劇最最最恐怖之處，其實是一個「窮」字，誰若然不幸行差踏錯，又或者運氣欠佳，都可能墮入那個「貧困地獄」，過最底層的生活，與希望絕緣，最後淪為與一班變態虐待狂殺人犯為鄰，甚至變為其中之一，這種可能性，才是全劇最恐怖的地方。
