宇宙眾生相

近年我對印度的藝術家情有獨鍾，其中一個是在2017年參觀東京森美術館時「邂逅」的N S Harsha，從此深深被他的作品吸引。他以近二百台腳踏式衣車織出《國家》，又以多幅看似重複密集卻同中有異的繪畫，畫出宇宙眾生相。

想不到2019年的夏天，我在香港竟能再次看到他的作品。六廠紡織文化藝術館今年開幕，請來森美術館的初創策展成員高橋瑞木任聯席總監，在看開幕展時我已覺得六廠很有森美術館的影子。今次把兩年前的展覽搬來香港，未看過的當然會有新鮮感，已看過的也可舊夢重溫。

N S Harsha的作品很有喜感，他把印度傳統繪畫和普普藝術結合，一幅圖中同時呈現出大宇宙和小世界，以至人物微妙的情緒和內心變化。每一幅畫遠觀時是一連串人物做相似的事，但當你駐足細看，就發現每個人物的表情、動作、衣著有異，就算連嘔吐的神情也有十多款。我尤其喜歡這種粗中有細，就算題材和環境滲出印度風情，但人的生食住行卻是普世元素，叫人看得津津樂道。大概由於場地面積限制，今次沒有展出藝術家一幅很震撼的作品《again birth – again death》，但卻有以香港公屋晾衫竹為啟發的新作，也是一個驚喜。展期至2019年11月3日。
